Contacting Akoya

If you have any questions, or need help with a sandbox or production issue, just click the "Need help?" button at the bottom-right corner of any screen in the Hub:

To dismiss the button, hover over it and click the “X” that appears on hover. The “Need Help?” option will transform into a nav option in the left sidebar with the same functionality.

Clicking the button, or the matching nav option, will bring up a sub-menu with the following options:

  • Contact Akoya
    • intended for general questions and feedback or requesting assistance with sandbox apps. Submitting this form will send an email directly to our team.
  • Start a discussion
    • sends you to our Developer Community where you can post questions and interact with other developers. The Dev Community is monitored on a “best effort” basis from 9am - 5pm eastern time and should not be used for pressing questions or reporting production issues.
  • Report a production incident
    • allows you to submit a production support case directly to our support team. We recommend using a distribution list for your contact email to ensure all relevant parties receive case updates. You can view all your company’s support cases by clicking the “Support tickets” link in the left navigation.
