File Uploads for Support Tickets Are Here

What’s New

We’ve launched a major improvement to the Akoya Support Center: you can now add file attachments (up to 10) to your support tickets and contact forms after submission.

📘

All uploaded files undergo type validation, size enforcement, and malware scanning before being accepted.

Why Is This Important?

This feature enables faster issue resolution, richer communication with our support team, and a cleaner workflow, all within the ticket interface.

Adding attachments provides users the ability to include important context in a support ticket. Examples include logs, screenshots, and JSON payloads.

How to Upload a File

After you submit a support ticket or “Contact Us” form:

  • ✅ Navigate to your ticket from the confirmation modal
  • 🔍 Open the ticket detail page in the Support Center
  • 📎 Upload attachments

The “Add attachment” option appears directly within the ticket detail view, and is available for both users and Akoya support staff. You can also search your uploaded attachments by file name.

Supported File Types

🚧

File names must be unique, with a max of 80 characters. Any characters are allowed.

Excel files (.xls, .xlsx, etc.) files are not supported due to security concerns.

You can upload multiple files at once. Each file can be up to 10 MB. The following file formats are accepted:
