Provider outage notifications in the Hub (July 29, 2024)

You can now view planned and unplanned provider outage notifications from the Overview page in the Data Recipient Hub. We want to make it easier for you to stay informed of data provider outages and estimated restoration times.
Unplanned outages will display as pop-ups when you log in, alerting you to them immediately.
Both outage types will display as banners on the Overview page:
Outage notification banners
You can display the notifications by clicking on the appropriate button on the overview page. The notification pop-up will provide an overview of the issue, start time, and estimated end time. Notifications will be updated as we become aware of them.
