Akoya has made improvements to our v2.2 specification, added a new error, and enhanced network protections to prevent DDoS (distributed denial-of-service) attacks and manage unusual, high call volumes.

We’re continuing our efforts to improve our documentation based on your feedback! The Akoya token specification and documentation have been updated with several improvements and clarifications.

Akoya now has a dedicated space for developers, programmers, and technical professionals to collaborate and share knowledge. Check out our new Developer Community section!

Our latest Data Recipient Hub release features support tickets, an in-app experience that allows users to contact Akoya or to file a production incident ticket. The first iteration of support tickets will allow you to create a ticket which is registered with an Akoya support specialist who will reach out via email to assist with your inquiry. Future enhancements to support tickets will allow for the entire interaction to take place directly inside of the Hub.

Earlier this summer we launched our new Statements product and added an alternative endpoint option for our Customers products. We’re continuing to improve and are happy to announce new resources and support to further support your integration on the Akoya network.

Akoya’s Statements product enables consumers to securely access historical account statements showing personal information, as well as account and transaction details. ​

Our latest Data Recipient Hub release includes an updated user interface and experience with an addition of new core features including subscription management. Please see the manual for details!

Our error responses now support the ability to include debugging information as defined in FDX 5.1 (RFC 01870). This enhancement adds a new element, debugMessage, to the error entity. What does this mean for you? In the coming months, we'll be rolling out debug messages where they are supported from providers. This debug information will be included to help you troubleshoot any issues you may experience.
