Introducing the Akoya Support Center

Akoya has launched a new Support Center in the Data Recipient Hub. The Support Center allows you to manage your Akoya production support tickets, search help articles, and contact us with general questions.

Search help articles

The Hub now has a search capability to help you quickly find the answers you need. The “Need help?” button available throughout the Hub provides a search tool and quick links to documentation, developer community, release notes, and your support tickets. As you type in your topic of interest, article suggestions will populate. Click on the summaries to read the full article in the Support Center.

Support Center articles will include troubleshooting tips, data provider nuances, integration guides, and help topics for the Hub. You may also view articles by categories.

Have questions or feedback? We are here to help. Now, it’s even simpler to get in touch with us via an easy to find button in the Support Center.

Submit a ticket

The Support Center also provides easy access to ticket management. Submit any new issues or questions and view tickets already in progress.

We’re working hard to provide the support you need. Watch for continued improvements and additions to the Akoya Support Center.
