Overview

The Overview page is your dashboard for the Akoya network. You can view your apps, register new ones, view network performance metrics and see if there are any data provider outages.

This page also contains links to the API documentation.

Metrics

The metrics section displays Akoya network performance metrics for the past month, week, or day. Network metrics available are:

• Overall availability (of the Akoya network)

• Success rate

  • Shows the success rate of API calls across all products by default. Clicking the “Show by product” link displays success breakdowns by Akoya product.

• Average latency

  • Displays roundtrip latency of all API calls (from the Akoya network to the provider and back)

System Outages

Data Provider Outages

You can view any provider outage notifications right in the Hub. The API provides two types of notifications:

• Planned outages

  • Outages related to planned system upgrades or maintenance. These show up in a blue notification banner on the Overview page.

• Unplanned outages

  • Unexpected downtime. These outages display in a pop-up at login and in a red banner on the Overview page.

Clicking on the “View planned outages” or “View unplanned outages” buttons displays a popup containing details about existing outages, including start and expected end times. Click the drop-down menu to view each provider affected by the outage type.
